Week-1
  1. Understand what entrepreneurship means from an Indigenous perspective.
  2. Recognize the importance of storytelling in artistic and business identity.
  3. Set personal and professional goals for the journey ahead.
  4. Meet the team of mentors & review outline for the program

Knowing Your Customer & Your Value

Week-2
  1. Identify and segment your ideal audiences.
  2. Create a unique value proposition based on your art and story.
  3. Enhance compelling storytelling skills.

Sales & Marketing

Week-3 & 4
  1. Compare major art sales channels: online, direct, gallery, market.
  2. Develop fair pricing considering cost, value, and tradition.
  3. Handle negotiations and agreements confidently.
  4. Master essential marketing principles for creative businesses.
  5. Build a strategic overview of personal brand positioning.
  6. Learn marketing basics for both digital and local outreach.

Social Media & Advanced Marketing

Week-5 & 6
  1. Build a compelling and authentic online presence.
  2. Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  3. Develop a manageable social media plan.
  4. Develop advanced digital marketing skills, including email, collaborations, and paid promotions.

  1. Gain solid bookkeeping and budget skills for artists.
  2. Understand tax basics and financial best practices.
  3. Identify and apply for grants/funding opportunities.

  1. Present new business models, stories, or art to the group.
  2. Integrate self-care, burnout prevention, and resilience planning into your practice.
